● Orders can be placed directly through our website or social media.
● For custom items, please submit your photo, name, or personalization details through our form or message.
● Digital mockups may be sent for approval before production.
● Custom/personalized items are made to order and non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.

● Non-custom items: 2–5 business days
● Custom items: 5–10 business days (depending on complexity and approval time)
● Please allow additional time during holidays or for bulk orders.

● We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking.
● Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.
● Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
● Local pickup (if available) may be arranged by request.
● International shipping is available. Buyer is responsible for customs or import fees.

● We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
● Full payment is required before production begins.
● All transactions are secure and encrypted.

● Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery on non-customized items only.
● Items must be unused and in original packaging.
● Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
● Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrect.
● If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days with clear photos, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

● After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed due to production starting.
