1. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Most of our products can be customized with names, photos, or your own designs. Simply message us or use the custom order form during checkout.

2. How long does it take to make and ship my order?

● Standard items: 2–5 business days
● Custom orders: 5–10 business days (after mockup approval)
● Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days (U.S.), longer for international.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your item may already be in production.

4. Do you offer returns or refunds?

● Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
● Custom/personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect. Please contact us with a photo if there's an issue — we’ll make it right!

5. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes! Please contact us for wholesale pricing or bulk event orders (weddings, company gifts, etc.).

6. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it or issue a refund.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
